166 Perry Street is a luxury condominium project in New York City. Designed by the celebrated husband-and-wife team of Hani Rashid and Lise Anne Couture of Asymptote Architecture, it is an eight-story “jewel box” building with 24 residences. It occupies a site adjacent to Meier’s Perry Street Towers and is sponsored by the same development team.

Working in collaboration with Pentagram partner Michael Beirut, Flat created the screen based marketing for the project: website and presentation video.
